荣达欣盛（青岛）保险公估有限公司成立于2018年，前身是青岛荣达保险公估有限公司，经中国保险监督委员会备案，是具备保险公估资质的全国性检验公司。公司在国内水险公估领域专业突出、实力强进，已与国内知名保险公司建立良好长久的合作关系，是国际船东保赔协会集团成员和部分国外知名保险公司指定的国内检验机构，系最高院登记在册的海事司法鉴定机构之一。 SMC Surveyors & Adjusters (Qingdao) Co., Ltd (SMC) is set up in the year of 2018 with a nation-wide comprehensive and professional marine insurance surveyors and adjusters. The company is licensed and approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC).
自成立以来，公司重视专业技术力量培养和专家人才队伍建设。现公司专业人员队伍超50人，由具有航运、保险、工程机械、化工、建筑、法律、商贸等专业背景和实践经验的专业人士组成，公估师均持有行业资格证书。公司另特聘各行业高级技术专家80余名，其中获国务院津贴的专家17名，专家涉及保险、金融、法律、建筑安装工程、船舶、机电、电气自动化、计算机、冶金、化工、商贸、轻工等行业，且公司已实现与青岛市科委专家库的网络共享，保证技术团队的专业性可涵盖至各行业领域。 The principal surveyors and consultants making up the firm are including Master Mariner, Technical Engineer, Salvage Professor and Marine Lawyers, who can provide our clients with a wide range of academic and hands-on experience in the maritime fields that allows for detailed conceptualization and resolution of Clients’ requirements due to the combined resources that are available. SMC has been registered in the Supreme Court as an independent Judicial Appraisal Association in 2009 and with supplement of various specialists, we are often called upon to provide expert evidence for court and arbitration proceedings.
